Wilks versus Lester rematch!
In the last episode of the the Ultimate Fighter, Wilks must faceoff once again with comeback fighter Frank Lester. This is the fight to see who makes the finale. Check it out wednesday at 10pm on spike.
UK changes for TUF 9
TUF 9 will now be premiering on Virgin 1 in the UK on Sunday instead of Setanta. However it will be repeated on Setanta 4 days later.
Spike TV leaks clip!!
Spike TV has leaked a 5 minute clip of the first episode of the Ultimate Fighter. The show officially starts April 1st at 10PM on Spike TV in the USA and April 2nd on Setanta in the UK.

James On TUF 9
James Wilks is revealed as being a cast member of the hit reality show ‘The Ultimate Fighter’.
32 contestants, in the welterweight and lightweight divisions, are selected and battle it out for a contract in the UFC. There can only be one winner in each division. You will have to watch to find out how James does.

James secures TKO win with Lightning speed
James returns to MMA after a 2 year break defeating John Cole from Millenia via TKO, by knee in under 30 seconds! This was at the new Apocalypse fights at Spotlight 29 Casino, Coachella CA. Thanks to all those that came out to support.
Strength and Conditioning
Lightning says he has never been so strong and never been in such good cardio shape thanks to Thomas Bunbury’s Ultimate Fitness workouts. He is ready for a three round battle.
Team CSW/OCJJ gets 1st place at US Nationals.
Team CSW/OCJJ coached by James Wilks and Danny Suarez takes Gold at the Pankration US Nationals. There were some tough fights and the team came out on top of Camp Pendleton, Cleber JiuJitsu and Millenia. Congratulations to all the guys.
Contract Signed!
